Instructions for handling hazardous liquid spills:

1. Use appropriate personal protective equipment according to the type and nature of the spilled liquid


2. Place chemical mats onto the liquid surface. Liquid is quickly absorbed into the fabric until full saturation is reached (uniform dark coloration)


3. Replace mats after saturation or if the surface becomes damaged


4. After spill removal, place used mats into a designated hazardous waste container
