Description

Procedure for handling oil substance spills
-
place the material on the oil stain and allow it to act
the liquid is quickly absorbed into the fabric until the sorption capacity is fully saturated (continuous dark coloration of the fabric) -
regenerate the saturated mats
remove the saturated mats from the surface, fold and squeeze them. squeezing regeneration allows: minimizing the amount of sorbent used -
separating the captured liquid
replace the mats in case of complete saturation or material damage from squeezing
remove the used mats and store them in a prepared container for hazardous substance
Dispose of the used material in accordance with applicable regulations!
