Hydrophobic absorptive spaghetti boom - 2 pcs, (Ø 20 cm x 5 m)

• the filling consists of thin polypropylene strips, which are stored in a polypropylene mesh bag
• the mesh bag is UV-stable
• the strips significantly improve the permeability of contaminated liquid, making better use of the sorption capacity
• the boom is equipped with a durable connecting rope with steel carabiners, allowing the booms to be connected to form a sorptive containment barrier
• the dense mass of thin strips effectively absorbs petroleum substances
• the risk of clogging the surface with mechanical impurities is very low
• even after absorbing petroleum substances, it continues to float on water
• high sorption capacity

Procedure for dealing with oil spills:

1. Select the required number of containment booms or tie individual booms to the necessary length.
2. Place the containment booms around the oil spill, or block the flow of the spilled liquid with a sorptive containment barrier in the direction of the liquid's flow.
   The oil quickly absorbs into the containment booms until the sorption capacity is fully saturated (continuous dark coloration of the material).
3. Replace the booms in case of complete saturation or material damage.
4. After the spill is handled, remove the used booms and store them in the prepared container for hazardous materials.

Dispose of the used material in accordance with applicable regulations!
