procedure for dealing with oil spill:

1. choose the required amount of sorbent socks, or connect individual snakes to the required length
2. place the sorbent snakes around the oil stain, or block the water flow with a sorbent boom in the direction of the spilled liquid. the oil quickly absorbs into the sorbent snakes until the absorption capacity is fully saturated (the cover will show a continuous dark discoloration)
3. regenerate the saturated sorbent socks. remove and squeeze out the saturated snakes. after squeezing, reuse the snakes as described in step 2. squeezing regeneration allows minimizing the amount of sorbent used and separating the captured liquid
4. replace if fully saturated or damaged by repeated squeezing. after the spill has been dealt with, remove the used snakes and place them in a prepared container for hazardous substances
