Recommended steps for spill removal:

Contain the liquid spill:
To prevent the liquid from spreading, place absorbent socks around the spill. When placing them in a row, overlap the socks.

Remove the spilled liquid:
Place absorbent mats or absorbent pillows on the spilled liquid. The saturated mats will darken. Saturated absorbents can be wrung out into a containment container and reused.

Disposal of used absorbents:
Place the used absorbents in storage bags and label them with the "Hazardous Waste" sticker. Place everything in the hazardous waste container.
Caution: Hazardous waste must be stored in a hazardous waste container.

Dispose of used absorbents according to the approved emergency plan.
