Protective overall OK1500

• protection against spray from less hazardous liquid chemicals and when working with asbestos
• 1500 is a very soft, lightweight, and breathable coverall designed for protection against hazardous dry particles.

Protection level:

• It is ideally suited for protection according to type 5 [dry particles] as it forms a barrier against particles while remaining highly breathable. The breathable fabric means there is no “balloon effect,” so particles are not actively sucked in through the stitching holes, collar, zipper, or around the wrists and ankles, which is a common issue with non-breathable coveralls.
• Due to its effective liquid repellency, it is also suitable for many type 6 applications [limited liquid spray protection]. It is partially suitable for warm environments, where its high breathability will likely make it a good choice.

Features

• The use of a two-layer nonwoven polypropylene increases strength and resistance to tearing and puncturing, ensuring the durability of the coverall.
• The use of a double layer of microfibre fabric, layered between polypropylene, provides excellent particle barrier properties. The fabric filters 99.69% of particles sized between 3 and 3.5 µm.
• The garment is approved according to EN 1149.1 and is antistatic.
• The fabric is soft, lightweight, and flexible. The combination of these properties with high breathability results in a very comfortable coverall.
• Excellent liquid repellency provides good protection against less hazardous liquid chemicals.
• The 1500 coverall features a new zipper with a sealed flap to prevent dust penetration through the zipper.
• Fully elastic hood and elastic cuffs around the ankles and wrists provide maximum comfort and protection.
