Procedure for Oil Spill Cleanup:

• Place the material with the absorbent side on the surface of the liquid and allow it to act. The liquid is quickly absorbed into the fabric until the absorbent capacity is fully saturated (indicated by a continuous dark color in the fabric).
• Regenerate the saturated mats. Remove the saturated mats from the surface, fold them, and wring them out. Use the regenerated mats again, following Step 1. Regeneration by wringing allows you to minimize the amount of sorbent used and separate the captured liquid.
• Replace when fully saturated or if the material is damaged by wringing. Remove the used mats and place them in a prepared container for hazardous substances.
