Procedure for preventing oil spills:

1. Place the material on the surface where contamination has occurred or may occur.
   The mat withstands traffic and mechanical damage. It is also suitable for covering workbenches or areas with heavy material handling, creating a safe, non-slip surface.
    
2. Replace the mat when fully saturated or if damaged.
   Remove the used mats and place them into a designated container for hazardous materials.
