Procedure for Handling Oil Spills:

1. Spread the material over the liquid surface and allow it to act. The liquid is quickly absorbed into the individual granules until the absorbent reaches full saturation (granules darken in color).


2. Speed up absorption by raking the absorbent granules with suitable tools (shovel, rake, etc.).


3. Replace the granules if they are fully saturated with the spilled liquid.
   After the absorbent has reached full capacity, remove the used granules using appropriate tools (e.g., REO101 loose absorbent collector) and place them into a container prepared for hazardous substances.
